Karen Sprinkel Ancelet, M.A., LMFT, SEP, CCTP, has a unique East-West approach to healing trauma which emerged over her seven years living in Asia. She has a very diverse background gained over her 30 years practicing psychotherapy. Karen integrates the ancient wisdom of meditation and mindfulness into her clinical practice, as well as EMDR, Brainspotting, Flash, EFT, IFS and SE to facilitate the healing process of her clients.
