Four years ago, my decision to venture into providing continuing education was driven by a desire to break away from the mundane, the dry, and the aspects that felt detached from the real, lived experiences. I distinctly remember questioning, "Wait a minute, have you ever tried this with someone who is acutely traumatized and emotionally dysregulated?"
It was a moment of realizing that the heart of our work often lies in the raw, real-world challenges. I yearned for conversations that sparked enthusiasm and, more importantly, the establishment of a community where like-minded therapists could find safety and connection. Thus, EngagedMinds was born.

I loved Trauma Mind, Body, Spirit and how you used all of the approaches I love - somatic experiencing, IFS and Brainspotting. Brilliant integration. Thank you so much.
Very practical resources/ideas that can be implemented in therapy. Very knowledgeable presenter. Extremely satisfied with this course.
I loved the personal stories and case studies. I also appreciated the specific ways in which to respond verbally to those dealing with grief, as well as specific interventions to use within sessions.
